No Contact Sign In
All of our members will be required to Sign In for class ahead of time. We use the MindBody App. Download the app into your smartphone for a simple user-friendly experience. Make sure to reserve your spot as class sizes will now be smaller and more frequent.
Always Bring A Mask
Mask requirements will be based on the amount of people present in the facility. All participants will be required and expected to have a mask handy if needed. Oakland Fitness will not supply any masks as it will be the responsibility of each individual to have their own. In smaller private settings removal of mask may be more likely. In groups they will be strongly suggested. We will follow reccomended CDC guidelines in reference to mask requiments so this rule may vary
Sanitize Your Hands
Upon Entry and placing your belongings in a safe place we kindly ask that you sanitize your hands. Oakland Fitness will provide several easy to locate designated hand sanitizer stations
Check in with your coach
Oakland Fitness requires all athletes to be under the guidance of a certified trainer at all times. Check-in with your coach at your scheduled session time. Your coach will instruct you on what area of the gym you will be training in and what equipment you will need to accomplish your workout.
Slow the spread of germs
- Wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds when needed
- Cover your mouth and nose with a mask (not your hands) when coughing or sneezing;
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
- If you are sick, we are begging you please STAY HOME
- Avoid close contact (less than 6 feet) with people
- Use disinfectant wipes to routinely clean frequently touched surfaces and equipment
No Contact Live Coaching
Get the professional guidance from your coach while properly paying respect to social distancing requirements. Coaches will do live in-person, easy to follow demo's as well as offer verbal on-site instruction as needed.
